We have acquired heaps of experience assisting event organisers of companies create an entertaining event. Ask us - we'd love to assist you too. We have a variety of formats to suit every need.

All events are suitable for beginners to experts. No knowledge is assumed (to help the beginner) but there is enough to interest the expert too.

Formats
Learn about Wine
Become an expert! Try a number of wines (usually 6) and learn how to recognize different varietals, learn how they are made and what happens to them as they age.
Cheese & Wine matching
Try a number of cheeses and a separate wine matched to each cheese. Non-cheesy advice on how to match them included.
Champers & Chocolate
Try a number of hand-made, gourmet chocolates and taste a different sparkling wine with each chocolate. Sweet commentary provided on the wine and also the chocolate but usually there are too many ooh's and ah's to remember much.
Wine Dinner
Let us match a suitable wine with each course of your dinner and provide a speaker to give a commentary (between courses) on the selections.
Best of the Best
An evening tasting some of the best wines in the world. We can devise a tasting to match your budget and it can include wines of benchmark quality up to Grange levels. Full commentary provided on each wine's history, winemaking techniques and so on.

This is a great event for competitive types.
